Our commitment to responsible learning experiences.
These terms govern the use of WhiteDayG programmes, resources, and community platforms. Please review them carefully and contact us with any questions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing WhiteDayG programmes, events, or resources, you agree to these Terms of Service and any referenced policies. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue participation.
2. Eligibility
Programmes are designed for professionals aged 18 or older. Organisations enrolling teams confirm they have authority to bind participants to these terms.
3. Programme Participation
Learners are expected to attend scheduled sessions, complete assignments, and comply with community guidelines. WhiteDayG reserves the right to adjust schedules or facilitators with notice.
4. Enrollment & Confirmation
Enrollment is secured once payment arrangements are finalised and confirmation is issued. WhiteDayG may request additional information to tailor the learning experience.
5. Payments & Invoicing
Fees are invoiced in euro unless otherwise stated. Installment plans are available upon request. Late payments may incur administrative charges.
6. Cancellation & Deferral
Participants may defer to a future cohort with at least 14 days’ notice before programme commencement. Cancellations are reviewed individually to maintain fairness.
7. Intellectual Property
Course materials, templates, and recordings remain the intellectual property of WhiteDayG. Learners may use resources for professional development but may not distribute them publicly without permission.
8. Learner Contributions
Materials created by learners during programmes remain their property. By submitting work for feedback, learners grant WhiteDayG permission to display excerpts within the cohort for educational purposes.
9. Technology & Access
Learners must ensure stable internet access and compatible devices for hybrid sessions. WhiteDayG is not responsible for limitations caused by individual technical issues.
10. Behaviour & Community Standards
Respectful collaboration is essential. Harassment, discriminatory language, or unethical conduct may result in removal from programmes without refund.
11. Confidentiality
Live projects may involve sensitive information. Participants agree to keep project details confidential and follow any specific non-disclosure requirements.
12. Third-Party Services
WhiteDayG may integrate third-party platforms for collaboration. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms, which we encourage you to review.
13. Limitation of Liability
WhiteDayG delivers education services on an “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from programme participation.
14. Updates to Terms
We may update these terms periodically to reflect operational changes. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
